I found some information and documents for you.
James Henry Clements was born about 1868 in Manotick, Ontario and died on 24 January 1932 in Peachland. His death certificate was not available on line.
Mary Frances Bartlett Clements was born 11 November 1871 in Brigus, Newfoundland to Samuel Bartlett and Eliza Dawe. She died 11 April 1951 in Kelowna and her death certificate was signed by her son-in-law J D Whitham.
The children of James Henry and Mary Frances Clements that I was able to find:
1. Florence Bartlett Clements was born 13 October 1904 in Helen Mine, Ontario. She married James Donald Whitham on 18 June 1928 in Peachland. She died 17 May 1974 in Kelowna and her death certificate was signed by her son James Gordon Whitham of Calgary, AB.
2. Dorothy Dawe Clements was born 25 June 1906 in Helen Mine, ON. She married Sidney Gordon Easton on 6 July 1936 in Vancouver. She died 2 January 1990 in Victoria BC and her death certificate was signed by her step-daughter Harriet Cunliffe of Sidney, BC.
3. Frances Harriet Clements was born about 1908 in Ontario. She married Florimond Victor Delcourt on 21 August 1931 in Vancouver. She died 26 December 2003 in Kelowna. The online death certificates only go to 1993 so I couldn't access hers. Her husband died in Kelowna in 1968 and his death certificate was signed by their son Darryl Clements of Kelowna. I found a pamphlet written by Frances about the street she lived on and it has her picture and a little information about her:
