Jamie. I was thrilled and grateful to find the photos of the head stones of Kaslo Cemetery. Thank you for all the work you did taking the photos and posting them. I was able to find headstones of my husband's grandparents (Beatrice G. Tonkin and John Tonkin) and uncle (Jack Tonkin), but they are thumbnails only. There's no way to connect to the larger image. The thumbnails higher on the webpage open up to the full image, but those near the bottom seem to be thumbnails only.
Is it possible to get the images for the three TONKIN graves e-mailed?
Thanks.

I was wondering id you could be so kind ( if you have the time and snow permitting) , if you could take a picture of my father's and his family's gravestone . My father was Murdock MacPherson and he should be buried beside his father John Lauchlin MacPherson and somewhere near should be my grandmother , Lilian Cassel MacPherson . At sometime MacPherson was spelled McPherson . Thank you very much

Hi all photos are up now. We aren't from there, but both upper and lower cemeteries had all stones photographed and are on the site now.

Thanks for the website.....unfortunately about half the images I am unable to open and it is hard to read otherwise, although I have managed to enlarge them somewhat....I wonder, do you know if these are all the stones in the Kaslo cemetery because I cannot seem to find John Gallas and yet I have the record that he was buried there in 1931....thanks for your help....

It was all the stones in both cemeteries (upper and lower) keep in mind MANY were made of wood so deteriorated you simply couldn't tell they were headstones any longer never mind reading them. The ones with even partially visible carving I put up, but the ones you can no longer read at all I did not.

I am seeking a photo of the Kaslo graves (the oldest part of the cemetery) of my great-grandparents: David Prosser Kane and his wife May Elizabeth Millington Kane. He was a founder of Kaslo. However, the website cited above is not accessible to me (in Austin, TX, USA). If you have photographs of either or both of these, would it be possible for you to e-mail this/these to me? Thank you!
