You could try a new post mentioning the information you have now (so someone doesn't look it up again) with the April 1999 date. I know there are a few people who do look-ups at the library. Not sure what your chances are emailing the West Vancouver Library, but that is worth a shot too.

I'm not familiar with BC cemeteries, but I did see Capilano View in the West Vancouver area. Stella, Judy or Mike do you have any ideas?
