Volunteers at Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness British Columbia. ANY who offer Lookup of Public Record can transcribe or copy the information found. Volunteers are now allowed to charge for their cost of transportation - and cost of copy [ not for time] Most will do more than one lookup at the same time - and perhaps may divide the transportation cost among same.
