Searching in British Columbia and elsewhere for any info on JOHN GEORGE CORBOULD and wife EDITH MAY JENNINGS (have no info at all on who Edith's parents or siblings).
--BC Vital Statistics website shows marriage July 10, 1911 in Kamloops.
--11 months later death listings shows a JOHN GEORGE CORBOULD died <1 year old, Jun 17, 1912 in Heffley Creek.
--BC Cemetery Finding Aid shows a John George Corbould buried in Pleasant St. Cemetery, Kamloops, but no other info, so could be either father or infant son.
--One other death listing in BC Vital Statistics shows death of EDITH MAY CORBOULD on May 4, 1957, age 70 in Vancouver. This would be my wife's GM on her mothers (RUTH CORBOULD) side, and my wife confirms names and place of death.

Oldest living daughter RUTH grew up in BC, became a teacher and then a nurse, and married CALVIN JACK LEWIS during WW II when he drove the AlCan hwy for Alaskan military deliveries. They moved to California, Oklahoma, and finally Springfield, OR where he died in 1990. RUTH is known to have at least one sister IRIS in BC.
