My father, William Cooknell, was born in St. Paul, Alberta. His oldest brother, Edward (Ted), died on February 4, 2000 but his wife is still living in St. Paul. Her name is Emily (nee Laboucane). Have you contacted the Cooknells in St. Paul? Ted & Emily had three children: Noella, Susan and Wayne and they all live in St. Paul.
