Thanks for your info. I am not sure that Frank Willard was in Canada at the time of the 1816 Census, as he had signed up to go overseas to the 1st WW on the 8 March 1916. Some of the info on the 1916 census for this Frank is wrong, as he first immigrated in 1906 and Annie in 1909. Frank's age would have been 27 and Annie 28.
The 1811 Census is right as he is living with his brother Harry Willard and the other info is correct.
I have found Frank on various trips coming back to Canada. The first in 1918 after the War, then 1925 when he went to Australia and New Zealand.
Lets hope that the Canadians bring out more Census to help us out.
