looking for any information on the Mcdowell Family, either pictures or stories etc. Grandmother Clara Mcdowell recently passed away and we are hoping to have a family gathering in May - sort of a special memorial to her and was hoping to maybe get some stories of the old time goings on in the 30s, 40s, and 50s in Smith. Also do anyone have a plot plan of the old Smokey Creek Cemetery? Two uncles and a Gt GT Uncle are buried there and the family would like to do a special tribute to them as well.
