Hi, Always important to enter Surname of Interest in Capital Leters ont he Subject line, followed by given name etc. Attracts attention and makes finding the message much easier at a later date.
Perhaps family connected?
From the Alberta GenWeb Local History Book site
http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~canab/looksmla.htmlDOWSETT,Ed,Fred,Alfred; Between River and Lake; Smoky Lake.
There is a Volunteer - Shirley - who owns or has access to the above book. Request a lookup - there maybe some mention of Annie Gertrude DOWSETT.
You have the ,The date of Death June 19, 1917
Alberta does not have an index to search online -
The Registration of Death /Genealogical Registration of Death - can be obtained from the Govt of Alberta - Vital Statistics Registry offices in Edmonton. The cost $40 Cndn.
** You might want to contact the Provincial Archive in Edmonton - They were very helpful - a number of years ago - when we were researching. They should be able to advise.
Cheers, Stella
