The Master Surname Index (not online) (mostly burials in Alberta cemeteries) of the Alberta Genealogical Society lists these names,

His name also appears in the local history book "As the Years Go By, Kneehill"

Hey Cousin! I don't have "The Spirit of Ghost Pine" but I do have "As the Years Go By", which mentions Richard, Ewen and John and has a cute but fuzzy picture of Alex, Hazel and Laura McIntosh. Let me know if you need this. Information is pretty basic in it, basically what we know from family already, it's written by Laura. BTW, did you ever find pictures of other McIntosh family members?

Are their parents Alexander MacIntosh and Francis Lamont of Prince Edward Island?

The 1901 and 1991 Census of Canada listed their children: Christina 1872, Ewen 1874, Margaret 1875, John Angus 1878, Richard 1879, Sarah 1880, Rebecca 1883, Donald 1883, and Frances 1885.

My great great aunt Christina Bruce Robertson married John Angus MacIntosh b.1878 Prince Edward Island-d. 1927 Calgary. I don’t think they had children since even the latest 1921 Census of Canada for "Ghost Pine No 308, Bow River, Alberta" did not mention any.
