Hi I'm doing a family search and your article is the closest I have come to finding my great grandmother, her name was Madeleine Noskie she was married to Francis Belcourt, she died about 1926 my grandmother was 5 years old at the time ( Hermine Belcourt). I believe Madeleine's father was Albert Horseman and mother was Eliza Walker. There is a article in a book called "Where the red willow grew" very little is known about her. This is very important to me personaly I have been searching for her for years. These are some names that are on my grandmother's Baptism Cert. Mary Jane Noskie and St.Paul Oniyandi. After Madeleine died my grandmother was brought to St. Francis Xavier Mission, in Sturgeon Lake, and raised there along with her sister Florence until she married Simon Payou. If you have any information that would be greatly apprecitated. Thanks for your time.
