In 1922 a Joseph A Phillips immigrated to Canada. He was born in 1880 in Grand Forks , North Dakota but was living in Montana when he immigrated. On the cross border record it states that he was moving to the Cardston District to by land and that he was a farmer. Ia looking for any trace of him. Did he find land? Did he stay? I know he was married did his children, if he had any, come with him?
