You can order death papers, however when ordering this you are given 2 options - the Certificate,
or a "Certified Photographic Print of the Registration of Death" which usually gives more information than that fancy Certificate.

I just read your note and found it rather interesting. My family is from Bonnyville Alberta also and have links to the Koppangs. My Aunt Rose Coulombe married Alfred Koppang in Bonnyville on March 3, 1938 and they had a son named Gordon (my cousin). I've never met him but I believe that he lives in Whitehorse. Later on, my Aunt Dora Coulombe (Rose's sister)married the same Alfred Koppang and they had a son Edward. I find it fascinating that there were 2 Alfred Koppangs in Bonneyvile that married other spouses one day apart. Each Alfred Koppang had a son named Gordon. Coincidence? I know that there was another Coulombe family in Bonnyville at the time. My grandfather was Joseph Coulombe.

This is the same person ... but perhaps I was given the incorrect date of the marriage and Gordon is indeed in Whitehorse and Art's son Ed is in B.C.

Perhaps we can correspond by email?

Hi, I'm not sure if you received my email address or not. I thought that I'd let you know that I am completing a Coulombe geneology for my branch of the family. If you are in touch with Gordon & Eddie, ask them if they would like a copy. Thanks.

Since I am a prime recorder of Coulombe data, I need a copy of your genealogy for this family: Triste Marie Coulombe, etc.
Thank you,
Paul Coulombe (Coulombe22@aol.com)

Paul, you already have a copy of my family geneology:
Eugene Coulombe/Eugenie Gendron;Joseph Eugene Coulombe. This person that is referenced as "Triste Marie" is Rose Marie Coulombe, a daughter of Joseph Eugene Coulombe. Joseph Eugene lived in Bonnyville, Alberta. My father, Romeo Coulombe,is a son of Joseph Eugene Coulombe and a brother to Rose Marie.

Thank you for responding. I knew I had much of what I found on your listing, but was glad to find you had new data, which I recorded. The Trieste Marie thing confused me, so I thought I'd write to see what was up with that.
Thanks for clearing it up for me.
Sincerely,
Paul Coulombe
