Did you put a newborn big brown eyed, dark brown curly haired baby girl up for adoption at Creche St. Vincents in Lebanon in June or July of 1959????

I was born in Lebanon in 1959 and left in an orphanage named Creche St. Vincent. I believe the orphanage named me Faride on my certificate.
(It is now Frieda)
Thanks to Fathr Bodie Essa, and Sister Bassoul, I was adopted by an American family, at the age of 19 months and brought to America where I still live.
I am in search of possible half brothers and sisters as I understand that I was possibly the first child born to this woman.
The names on my records state Mahel as my biological last name...Gabriel, as my biological father...and Theresa, as my biological mother. I am not certain how true these names are though.
I was told that I am a full blooded Lebanese and that I supposedly have royalty in my family blood line. I really not even sure what that means...
My USA parents are very good to me, so please do not misunderstand my reason for my search.
There are two reasons I am searching...
Firstly, I am looking for my siblings to gain a bond with them. I am ill and wish to do this before I am too ill to seek this out. I am 48 1/2 years old.
Secondly, I wish to find medical records too, as to possibly give me insight on my families medical history...and possibly help me with my current illness.
Should anyone feel that they have information or leads for me to find my biological siblings please contact me...Your input is always welcome.
