Thank you Elizabeth for responding--
John Adrey Immigrated in 1892 and the family was in Georgetown SC 1900 and Marion SC 1910, but by 1920 they had settled in Alabama. This is my husbands family and I know that they attended the Melkite Catholic Church in B'ham, but I have no idea the parishes that are listed in these areas or where to begin in seeking parish records. I am also interested in what cemetery was used if known. Any help that you can give me would be greatful.
I do have my own relatives that live in Orangeburg and Columbia. I also have a niece attending Clemson at the moment. So its possible that they can attain records if you can point us in the right direction.
Maybe you have records on these individuals. John was married to Sadie and have the following children Charles-Abdalla-Hamnia-George-Elias-Joseph. I do know that Joseph had a candy shop sometime before settling in Huntsville.
Again thank you!
