yes there is village by that name near Rasht in north of Iran, you can use Google map and find it. the full name is "Keshel Varzal".
Varzali means From Varzal. i have no idea what is Keshel Varzal means. but in my next trip to Iran i will find out. this word can be driven from ancient Caspian or Avestan and there is no preferences for Caspian languages as far as i know. i try my best to find more
