Is it possible for you to attach a scan of the obituary?
In Martha/ Mariha Gudalis's obituary it states " Mrs. Joseph Gudalis died 1945 in Connellsville PA. Born in Lithuania and the d/o Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Tucazicz."
>>>>>>>>>>>>
Are you basing your LUCCHESSI on the TUCAZICZ spelling? Who was the informant on Martha's death certificate? How much did he/she know about her? If it was her husband I would think he would know and would have given a proper spelling. Of course, the clerk could have made an error when filling the record. I do think you should go to the church they were married in.
