I was wondering if you could help me - I will be looking into my Roman Catholic side of the family in the coming weeks, and would be interested if you can help me track down possible origin of the surname that ended up as JACEK in the north Vojvodina area in the second half of the XVIII century.

There are many spelling variants in the records - Jaczek, Jatzek, Jacik, and family says that their origin is in Poland - I have no records to confirm that. Yet.
