Near is a relative term. The one MightHelp pointed to is north of Rowno / Rivne which is some distance from Dubno but could be considered near depending on the context. It is possible there is another one closer to Dubno but this seems to be the only one we could find.

Other names for that village are Solomka and Friedrichsdorf. It was significantly bigger in the 19th century with up to 600 Germans living there, split between this main village and Solomka Nakoty and Solomka Srednie a short distance to the south. The latter two are no longer on modern maps but you can still see the imprint of the village lots on satellite images.
