My elderly mother of 90 years of age has not heard from her sister for about 12 years. I recently sent a registered letter in August but it was returned yesterday, with unknown checked off in the box. My aunt has lived there forever and I believe that she has passed away or in a nursing facility and would like to find her. We live in Canada. Would like to know of any resources to find a record of death. Thanks.
