LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP -- John Lesenskyj, age 76, died Monday at home.

Mr. Lesenskyj was born in Kharkov, Ukraine, the son of the late Hawrylo and Anna Reschitlyak Lesenskyj.

He resided in Lawrence for 48 years and was formerly of Dover. John was a retired machinist, employed by Lawrence Mold & Tool Corporation, Lawrenceville with 30 years of service. He was a member of St. George's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Yardville.

He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, George and Olga Lesenskyj of Lawrence; niece and spouse, Helene and Joseph Dublas of Robbinsville; nephew and spouse, George and Vera Lesenskyj of Robbinsville; nephew Anatoly Lesenskyj of Hopewell; several great-nieces and a great-nephew.

Funeral Services will be held Friday 9 a.m. at St. George's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 839 Yardville Allentown Road, Yardville, with the Rev. Petro Levko officiating.

Panahida services will be 7 p.m. Thursday at the church and visiting will be 6 p.m. until time of services. Burial will be in St. Andrew's Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, South Bound Brook.

Funeral arrangements under the direction of Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, Roebling.
