Hi! I found your message while searching "Soard" on Google and was happy to see other people with the same roots living in the US. I live in NC, but my mother is from Soard. As a child I used to go to my grandparents in Soard a lot and I've heard of some of the names that you mention. I called my mother and she is familiar with all the last names that you mention. She is 63 years old and her grandparents came to the US around the same time your grandparents came. They settled in Cleveland, OH, but returned to Romania in 1922. My mother grew up with other kids whose last name was Socaci, Capatina and Regula. She knows of Tescula but said they lived in Vanatori, near Soard. She said that she will call her sister who lives in Soard with her family to find out more information about the people that you mentioned. She said her sister's husband, as a child lived 2 houses away from Capatina. As soon as she finds out more I will get back to you.
