WOODSIDE, N.Y. -- Constantin Budisteanu, 67, died Friday in Livingston, N.J.

Born in Calarasi, Romania, he came to the United States in 1977 and lived in Woodside.

He was a paralegal with New York City local government and had been a film director in Romania 25 years.

He is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Martha and Constantin Toma and Miruna Smaranda Budisteanu, all of Princeton, N.J.; a sister, Mariana Todoran of Bucharest, Romania; and two grandchildren, Ioana and Adrina Toma.

Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Ave., Princeton. Burial will be in Princeton Cemetery. Calling hour will be noon until service at the funeral home.
