by the way, where do you live? I can't get it from your e-mail address. I am Romanian, born and raised in Nasaud. Living in Houston for the time being. Ciresoaia is by far the largest cherry and sour cherry crop center in Romania. At least that is what I was told. However, the village has an annual cherry crop market called Tirgul de Cirese in Romanian. It is held sometimes towards the end of June, and is worth visiting it, even from as far as the American continent. Taste those cherries and you'll never wanna buy the Washington/Oregon crops again.
