All I know is I have a brother who was born to Rivka Rotbaum in Bacau, Romania but was adopted by a Jewish family called Grat (exact spelling not known) as a baby. The Grat family left for Israel in the late 1950's and lived in the Kiryat Gat area. He served in the Israeli Air Force. My brother immigrated to the United States - sometime in the 60's to 70's - date unknown. My brother should be approximately 56 years of age, give or take +5 years, born between 1943 -1947.
