I am trying to find anyone who would have any information on the surname of Yassas. My grandfather's name was John Delany Yassas born 1897 he had a sister, my great great grandfather is Demetrious Yassas and he was married to Penelope Karvarnou this is the only information I have. I also know my grandfather changed his name when he came to the U.S from Yassas to Yasser.I am curious to learn about my ancestry so if anyone could help I would appreciate it thank you.
