Go to cyndi'slist.com, go to the greece genealogy pages, and on the list of links find the surname navigator and type in Delevogias, one of the pages that should pop up are all the Delavogias families in the Greek white pages. Perhaps one of the names is a family member's and you can call direct.

Other than those above, I found only one Delavogias name online for you and that was a Christos Delavogias at ellisisland.org, emmigrating to the US in the early part of the century.
