I am looking for information on my great-grandfather Jure (Americanized to "George") Karoglan. He was born on April 16, 1895 and came to America in 1913. According to the Ellis Island records his last place of residence was Dalmatian, Croatia. On his death certificate is father is listed as Michal Karoglan, his mothers name is Unknown. How do I find out what town he was from in Croatia so that I can find his birth record and other info on the family?
