Can you please guide me?

I am searchig for the family of Jana Gencevova (Genceva)

In 1963 she was living at no. 6. Septembra street N 32, Sofia, Bulgaria

We do not know her date of birth but estimate this to be around the 1900’s

She was originally Czech and at some time had acquired Bulgarian Nationality

Jana Gencevova (Genceva) had two sisters Frantiska Masova and Marie Hyblova.

They three were the daughters of
Anna Jenišova who died in Prague on 2 June 1962

Search and Unite has researched in many countries in this world, but never before in Bulgaria. We have the added complication that we do not have anyone who speaks your language.

My questions to you pease, and my request for your guidance, if you would, are:

How can I find out in Bulgaria what happened to Jana Gencevova (Genceva) after 1963?

How can I find anyone who may remember her?

She is probably dead, so how can I find her death certificate, whether she had children, what family she had - anything that will lead me to the legal heirs of Jana.
