Yes, you have helped me in the past. This is the reply I received from Bluebird Research:
"Since last I wrote, we have been in contact with the parish priest for Kočerin and subsequently with the main state archives in Mostar. Neither has any records for the period in question: the parish registers appear to have been destroyed during WW2.
Our one remaining hope is the bishop’s transcripts. These are the annual copies of each parish register required to be made by the local priest and sent to the bishopric. In other words, there were always two copies of each register and therefore two chances that one may survive. This means that we are now in the process of making inquiries through ecclesiastical archives, which are in Mostar."
I've heard nothing else since this report. I would greatly appreciate any help your can give me.
