He was born in 1906, and in 1941 lived with her wife Anna Stjepanovna in Minsk (ul. Internazionalnaja, 2). He was disappeared in 1941 (the same year he was mobilized). From the same village Slizhino there was another Porakh, Yakov Iljich, who in 1941 also lived in Minsk with his wife.
