According to Google translate the Portugese Chorlin was near Minsk. I have found two places in Minsk Gubernia that look like it (given that Chorlin is not 100 per cent accurate transcription of the village name):

Minsk Gubernia,
Bobruisk Uezd,
Cherninskaya Volost,
Chernin Village (depending on how you read it in Russian it could have been Chornin)

Minsk Gubernia,
Borisov Uezd,
Koshino-Slobodksaya Volost,
Korolin Village (again the letter "K" could have been transcribed with "CH" and the word distorted)

I guess only an archive look-up for Marquardt and Luedke surnames will give us a hint)
