Rutkauskas, Rutkowsky
Hi,
I'm new to Lithuanian research and I have a question about a hometown I found on a ship's manifest. It looks like it says "Rapshancy gow Kowno". I figure Kowno is Kaunas. Any idea about the other part? The surname is Rutkowsky.
