I searched the internet, for information about General Orellana. found nothing. however as I entered Orellana, I was sent to a Sephardic Jewish Genealogical page. But I was not able to find any information, or the name listed there.

You have to remember that, all Jewish were pushed out by the spanish kings, around the discovery of america 1492. and the ones who stayed had to convert. There is a Large comunity of spanish jews in Istambul turkey, that speak Ladino. a sort of old spanish/castillian.
