Rick, several of my ancestors migrated from Smyth County, Va. to Wyoming. Some settled in the Western states and some returned to Va. One in particular, William Clinton Cregger and his family did so. Try doing a search for Mary Magdalena Hounshell and John Peter Cregger. Some of their off-spring moved West I believe. Good Luck!
