My aunt was born in (British) Honduras in Jan. 1925 in the Rivera family of Jaime and Mercedes. They had Oswald (Asbaldo)(of Belize B. Hon.),Rolando(Bahamas), Olga (B.Honduras), and Eugene (Ojemio)(Puerto Cabezas, Nic). Each was born in a different country. The mother, Mercedes, is said to have died at childbirth with Eugene, and the father, Jaime, brought or sent the children to New York,USA by way of New Orleans, LA, to go to an orphanage called Little Flower House of Providence on L.I.
