My HRIB came from the Zemplen village of Ruske, also known as Oroszruska. It was located in Slovakia where both Poland and Ukraine meet. I suspect he was the youngest as I think I found his parents in the 1869 census and they were under age five at that time.

He went first to Webster, PA but then moved to the coal fields around Patton and Portage, PA.
