My great-grandfather was Ferancz Sefcsik. He was born on 10 Apr 1881 in Belá, Žilina, Hungary (now Slovakia).

He married Albeta (Elizabeth) Suhon and came to Pennsylvania in 1912. His oldest son, Simon was born in what was then, Hungary.

I think he had 3 brothers (Phillipus, Matthais, Joannes) and 2 sisters (Gizella and Maria).

I am looking for any help in research.

I have access to the parish records for the Sevcik family but, I am having difficulty with Elizabeth. Her Ellis Island record indicates that she is from Krasnjice, but I can't find that town, even in the old Hungarian records.
