My great-grandparents were Maciej SZUMILAS born 1866, died 1901, and Marian KRUPA. Their children born in Chwalibogowice by Opatowiec, Kielce (Kieleckie), now Swietokrzyskie, Poland were:
Wicenty Franciszek SZUMILAS born 16 January 1886, died 27 July 1965.
Bartlomiej SZUMILAS born about 1890, died after 1965, and
Katarcyna SZUMILAS born about 1893, died 1982
There were likely other children, one a daughter who married a BODUCH.

Bartholomew remained in Poland, but Vincent and Katherine immigrated to Ontairo, Canada May 1912. I would like to learn about Matthew's descendants. I am told this is his family but I wonder about the 12 year gap between him and the next sibling. Was Maciej Jan's brother's son?
