Classification: Query
Surnames: Jankowski, Radoski, Galazyn, Galazin, Koronkiewicz
My great-great-grandparents were both from the Podlaskie region of Poland. My great-great-grandfather Jozef Jankowski was born on March 16th in either 1886 or 1887 in Suwalki, Podlaskie, Poland. His parents names were Jozef Jankowski and Michalina Radoski.

My great-great-grandmother Helena Galazyn was born in 1885 in Udryn, Podlaskie, Poland. Her parents were Pawel Galazyn and Magdalena Koronkiewicz. Both of her parents were born in Przejma Mala, Poland. Helena had a sister Petronella and a brother Jan. I was able to trace the Galazyns and Koronkiewiczs a few generations back.

Jozef Jankowski and Helena Galazyn were married in 1907 and their first child, Jozef, was born in 1908. They then emigrated to the U.S. 1909, settling in Newark, NJ. Jan and Petronella also came to the U.S.

I don't know where to start to further trace these families further back into Poland. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
