I would be glad to do this this way Ute.

The books are in Polish, the names and their variations are listed alphabetically, followed by the year when the respective name was found, in which book it was found, and, in brackets, in which village/town.
What makes the whole thing a difficult (and time consuming for me to transcribe) is that the respective sources and villages are abbreviated, and one has to look up in a list what the respective abbreviations mean. For the name Gut(h), for example, it reads as follows: Guth 1616 LC (Sz) --which means that the name Guth was found in the year 1616 in the Liber Copulatorum = Book of Marriages of the village Szaflary.
Since I'm a little short if time at the moment, it would be easier for me to scan the respective pages for you, give you the lists of abbreviations, and perhaps you can look up the information given on the names you are interested in yourself. What do you think?
