You wrote me an email but when i sent you one i got a notification saying my email wasnt delivered i guess your email box sent it to spam or sth anywho what i wrote is:

I browsed the website it's a portal where MAAANY Poles create profiles (it's a site where they use their real names/surnames in order to find their classmates/relatives/friends) and I came up with few people with the JESS surname. Those people I found are from Sobotka / Ostrow Wielkopolski / Wrzesnia/ Torun/ Koluszki/ Boguszow Gorce/ Warszawa, since it's not a common surname maybe someone from those I found is your relative.
(Polish spelling: Sobótka / Ostrów Wielkopolski / Września/ Toruń/ Boguszów Gorce, I'm not sure if you can see Polish letters though that's why I wrote it without Polish letters as well)
Some of those people put their Skype ID there and since everybody sees it because it's available and can be seen by all I think it's not bad if I share it with you too:

(I hope they speak English or any other language that you both speak so you could communicate)
If you wanna I may send them all a message and ask if their relatives come from Lublin and its area or tell you how to use that website so you could browse people yourself by surname or town they live(ed) in.

Karolinow that you are talking about is in gmina (community) Ruda-Huta that's their website http://ruda-huta.home.pl/index.php?option=com_contact&It... and you see an email address there maybe if you write them they will be able to give you some more info. Unfortunately there is no forum on that site and I couldn't leave a message asking if they knew your relatives, but maybe they will be able to give you an email to somebody who is your relative or knew/knows your relatives.
As for Bielsko hm you may mean Bielsko-Biala (Polish spelling: Bielsko-Biała) but it's not that close to Lublin but it's not that far away either check on the map and judge yourself.
In 1951 two towns Bielsko and Biała and now they make one city Bielsko-Biała.

http://www.lsi.lublin.pl/kos/ko.htm that's the list of the churches in Lublin with phone numbers if your relatives were buried or belonged to one of them they should have records there but I guess it's Karolinow what you have to check up. So you'd better write them-Karolinow- and see if they write you back, if they write you back in Polish or won't write much in English, they may not speak English, send it to me so I will write them and ask what you wanna ask them.

I don't know where you found the info you already have maybe what you found is all that was saved. Records like that are kept at city halls (or sth like that) and also at churches but maybe some of them were destroyed/lost during WWII so if you don't get to know more from such 'official' sources you should try to contact people who are related to you and could tell you what you can't find in records.
Sorry that I wasn't able to help you better, I did my best and researched things. If you have some suggestions or you need help in Polish while contacting with people, whether on that website that I used or writing emails to some officials, let me know.
