probably it is city Przasnysz and this part of Poland to 1918 was under Russian ocupation, now city is in Poland.
On Ellis Island site is information about Felixa Olszewska
which arrived on Jun 21,1909 as a single, 19y old to
brother Franciszek Olszewski. She maybe is different
Felixa - in your post Marcin Brylski married Felixa
in 1906 !. Florian it is name for ggrandfater.
