I would love to hear your grandfather's observations on my great grandparents from his diary. My nan is really loving all of this, she is now the only surviving daughter of Charles and Nell.

Barbara very kindly sent me some photographs of some of the siblings of Nell, and she was thrilled. I was talking to my nan just this morning, and the reason that she doesn't have any photographs is that their house was flattened during the blitz in WWII and everything was lost!
