His adopted nephew, Buttler János Lajos received Grof (Graf or Count) title in 1714. [Started the construction in 1715, had 12 children, from the Erdotelke website below]

The property was handled by his son Buttler Gabor (could he be the Gabriel?) then his son Buttler Janos.
