I hope you find what you are looking for. I'm weary of the shotgun approach you took though. What if you are looking in the wrong place? Besides, you only need to post once in the Hungary General if you don't know where they're from. For example before 1920 or so Hungary included a good part of central Europe. What if today his birthplace is in the Czech Republic? or Slovakia, or Ukraine in East Europe? or Slovenia, or Croatia, or Poland? or Austia - you'll have a lot of posting to do if you want to use the same technique around the map.
