Yes Kenneth there is a connection ,Jozef Rezes my G-G Grandfather is the brother of Janos Rezes and Andras Rezes. Also does the Steve that you mention live in Columbus ,Ohio if so I've talked to him twice on the phone. I've made contact with Rezes and Urban Family in Slovakia. I've sent more info to your e-mail address. I look forward to learning more about your part of the Rezes-Urban Family.
