Joseph Louis KERTESZ we think came from Zemplen Megye. We know that Joseph had a brother by the name of Stephen KERTESZ and possibly a brother named John. Joseph was naturalized a US citizen September, 1896 near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. We also think he had a twin brother, but this hasn't been confirmed.

Joseph was born September 2, 1875. Married Elizabeth Rose ASZMONGYA on May 1, 1899 in Braddock, PA, USA. Elizabeth's parents were Janos and Elizabeth (TOTH) ASZMONGYA.
