BENKE = DANZIG W.PRUSSIA (stadt)
Jacob GNECH & Henriette BENKE WERE MARRIED PUTZIG

The other names I do not have places of birth, just listed on certificates as parents, no towns.

If anyone can help in any way, I would be greatful.

Most families emigrated to Australia only have 1 detail ("Beausite" 5/9/1863" SCHEU family.

I live in Brisbane Australia. How about you?

I am related to the Scheu family who emigrated to Australia on the Beausite ie Jacob Scheu and Anna Gertude Shafer.

On board ship they had a son Hermann who is my great grandfather.

Until I read your post the other day, I was not sure where in Germany the Scheu family came from. I was very excited to find out about Johanne Heinrich Scheu and his father Johann Justus Jost Scheu.

I have info on the Australia Gnech family.
