I looked at the Family Search records for Mossin. They have churchbooks for Evangelische Kirche Persanzig (Kr. Neustettin) with Births, Marriages and Deaths from 1810-1874 at:

There are five microfilms in this set. So - all you have to do is go to a Family History Center and order these microfilms (there is a $5.50 rental fee for each microfilm).

So - in your case - start with microfilm #1193877, which is Taufen, Heiraten, Tote 1824-1863 (Births, Marriages, Deaths 1824-1863) for Evangelische Kirche Persanzig (Kr. Neustettin).

If you have never read German church records before, be patient and take your time at the beginning, as it can be overwhelming at first. But - they tend to be highly organized and detailed, and you soon can go through them quickly. This guide to German handwriting at the time is relevant and useful:
