I looked at the Family Search records for Mossin. They have churchbooks for Evangelische Kirche Persanzig (Kr. Neustettin) with Births, Marriages and Deaths from 1810-1874 at:

So - in your case - start with microfilm #1193877, which is Taufen, Heiraten, Tote 1824-1863 (Births, Marriages, Deaths 1824-1863) for Evangelische Kirche Persanzig (Kr. Neustettin).
If you have never read German church records before, be patient and take your time at the beginning, as it can be overwhelming at first.
